THE FINISHED HOME · BUILT BY ROI

A STORY FROM OUR WORK

A house built with a family in mind.

We started this home as a spec build—from bare ground, through site work and planning, to the finished details you see here. Even before we knew who would live in it, we were praying that the Lord would bring the right people and that this house would become a home they loved.

When it sold, it went well above our asking price and set the highest sale price in the neighborhood for a home of its size. But what stayed with us most was what happened afterward.

The buyers told us they had been praying too, and they believed the Lord had connected them with this house. They loved their new home, and eventually they joined our church.

For us, that made this project especially meaningful. We built a house—and through it, we gained a relationship that continued long after the sale.

01 · BARE GROUND

Start with the land.

Before the house takes shape, the work begins with the property itself.

02 · SITE WORK & INFRASTRUCTURE

Prepare for the build.

Site preparation and infrastructure are part of the work that makes the home possible.
